Sales manager in hospitality

Radisson RED Tbilisi is a lifestyle hotel where vibrant design meets urban sophistication in the heart of the city. The hotel features 111 uniquely designed rooms, innovative dining experiences at Steak House, RED Cafe and dynamic events at the RED Yard. The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson RED Tbilisi. This role is responsible for driving room, events and F&B revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and event organizers.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Group and Government segments.
• Drive revenue across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and High-End segments.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with Revenue Management on ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and pricing strategy.
• Prepare and present sales offers, presentations, contracts and business correspondence.
• Build strong relationships with local and international companies and partners.
• Conduct sales calls and client visits.
• Ensure close cooperation with other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Provide weekly sales activity reports and participate in required meetings and training sessions.

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with a strong track record in corporate, leisure and MICE segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Fluency in English and Georgian
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of the Tbilisi hospitality market and current industry trends is highly beneficial; other languages is an advantage; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
