задачи
- Make outbound calls to registered users
- Work with an existing customer database
- Present current offers, promotions, and bonuses
- Drive sales and guide customers toward the target action
- Handle objections and maintain an active dialogue
- Take inbound calls when customers call back
- Follow established scripts and project processes
- Work toward KPIs and sales targets
требования
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication, sales, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Energetic, proactive, and confident communication style
- Strong sales and results orientation
- Fluent spoken English
- Будет плюсом: iGaming experience, phone sales, B2C sales, Call Center Sales
