Regional Head of Sales DACH

The DACH region is the foundation of our business and a key driver of growth. To further strengthen our market position and leverage regional synergies more effectively, we are looking for an experienced sales leader and executive to join us as Regional Head of Sales DACH (f/m/d).

• Own the achievement of sales and revenue targets and drive sustainable growth across the DACH region, reporting directly to the Group CEOs.
• Translate the global sales strategy into a regional go-to-market and sales strategy.
• Identify new market potential, growth opportunities, and business opportunities.

Manage regional sales performance through KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline development

• Drive and coordinate strategic sales and business development initiatives across national borders.
• Work closely with the Managing Directors of the country organizations.
• Align the requirements of regional markets with the strategic objectives of the Natuvion Group and a unified market strategy.

Market Positioning and Synergies

• Further develop Natuvion’s joint market presence and strengthen its market positioning.
• Identify and realize cross-country synergies in customer engagement, partnerships, and sales models.
• Expand cross-border customer relationships and joint sales initiatives, with a focus on advancing regional go-to-market approaches.

Global Alignment and Operational Execution

• Collaborate closely with the Global Chief Sales & Partner Officer (CSPO), global sales functions, and delivery teams to implement the global sales strategy across the DACH region.
• Represent the needs and market perspective of the DACH region in global strategic decision-making.
• Foster strategic customer and partner relationships and personally support key proposal and sales processes.

• Several years of leadership and sales experience in a technology, IT consulting, or professional services environment.
• Proven success in developing and managing regional sales organizations and business units.
• Expertise in business development, strategic market expansion, and managing complex B2B customer relationships.
• Deep understanding of the DACH market, combined with experience working in international and matrix organizations.
• An entrepreneurial, analytical, and execution-oriented leader with a strong presence and credibility at management and C-level.
• Fluent business-level German and English language skills.
