We are currently looking for a Product Sales Support Specialist based in Slovenia to join our international team. This role involves providing general technical and commercial support to both external and internal customers, including field product specialists, sales managers, and internal colleagues. You will respond to technical questions related to products and their applications. If you have experience in after-sales service, sales support, or product support and are passionate about solving complex challenges and driving innovation, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time, remote position based in in a home office in Slovenia.

Please note that this position is offered exclusively on a freelance/independent contractor basis under a service agreement. This is the only contract type available for this role.

• Fluent business-level English and Slovenian are mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or strong knowledge of laboratory products (chemicals, laboratory consumables, and equipment) is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, product support, or a related customer-facing role is required. Experience in or knowledge of the biopharmaceutical or laboratory environment is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience with SAP is mandatory. Experience with other ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer focus, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including technical experts, end users, and decision-makers.
• High level of accountability and self-motivation.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
• Ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
• Commitment to finding better, faster, and more cost-effective ways of working.
• Strong motivation to deliver value in every customer interaction.
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
