Merch consultant for B2B clients

Monday Merch helps companies improve their merchandise and make the process frictionless. We design merchandise packages with renders within 24 hours and handle storage and shipping to (remote) team members and customers. It has never been so easy to quickly develop quality merchandise. We love beautiful company merchandise and proud employees. As a Merch Consultant – Project Manager, you are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers. You clearly explain our services and deliver merchandise projects worth €1–150k for leading brands in Europe. From this role, you can quickly grow within the sales team.

• You build relationships with customers and make sure they place their first order and come back.
• You contribute to process improvements and can grow into an important role within the sales team.
• You keep up to date with trends in the merchandise industry.
• You suggest improvements to our product catalog based on customer input.
• You handle incoming calls (usually from potential customers).
• You focus on growing our English-speaking and Dutch-speaking customer base.

• You provide enthusiastic and helpful advice over the phone and by email.
• You work in a highly structured way.
• You have an analytical way of thinking and working at an academic level (your field of study is less important).
• You speak English and Dutch fluently.
• You can work from our office in Rotterdam, remotely from Valencia, or remotely within the European time zone.
