• Partner with Sales counterparts to win deals and grow customers
• Build tailored working agents for prospects and existing customers
• Engage CX, IT, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders
• Lead the end-to-end technical pre-sales process
• Scope customer use cases and articulate business value
• Design and demonstrate the platform
• Lead technical and architecture reviews
• Serve as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
• Mentor newer sales engineers and create reusable industry assets
• Support accounts through handoff, launch, and expansion
• Develop industry expertise, patterns, and scalable sales motions

• 4–6+ Years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales
• Experience leading sales processes with large enterprise customers and $500K–$1M deals
• Experience building and presenting demos and working with customers or clients in GTM
• Experience building relationships with prospects, executives, and technical leaders
• Ability to connect business problems to solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to use AI tools for discovery preparation, solution design, demos, prototypes, and technical proposals
• Experience growing accounts beyond the initial sale
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements into product and engineering requirements
• Experience selling a technical AI product
