The company represents pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging, and industrial machinery for pharmaceutical manufacturers, supported by an international supplier network and dedicated HQ product teams.

• Develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory from lead to signed deal;
• Build and grow long-term relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers;
• Promote a technical portfolio covering raw materials, packaging, and machinery;
• Represent the business at local and international industry trade shows;
• Identify new product and technology opportunities within existing accounts;
• Manage the full sales cycle from the first opportunity through commercial execution;
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts;
• Report activity and pipeline regularly via CRM to HQ.

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or commercial representation;
• Existing relationships within Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical industry;
• Solid understanding of pharma products and dynamics, including APIs, dosage forms, packaging, and machinery;
• Proactive, independent, deal-hunting mindset with excellent negotiation skills;
• Ability to work autonomously while reporting to an international HQ;
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits;
• Fluent English and Uzbek.
