- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives;
- Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, brokers, and business partners;
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and insurance proposals;
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities;
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets;
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities;
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to ensure excellent client experience;
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports;
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or corporate sales;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- Ability to build long-term business relationships;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Nice to have: Experience working with CRM systems, English proficiency.
