Enter acts as a leading energy consultant in Germany, providing holistic support for energy-efficient home renovations, ranging from initial consultations to the installation of heat pumps and PV systems.
задачи
- Call inbound leads promptly to convert them into confirmed appointments;
- Prepare appointments to ensure sales managers have the necessary information for consultations;
- Ensure booked appointments are attended by maintaining engagement and providing an inspiring introduction;
- Manage the sales pipeline independently in HubSpot, including documentation and follow-ups.
требования
- Experience in customer service or sales via telephone;
- Ability to be persuasive and sympathetic on the phone without being pushy;
- Comfortable speaking with many different people throughout the day;
- Strong documentation and organizational skills;
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher;
- Nice to have: Experience in roles with higher earning potential.

- Base salary of 33,000 € per year with an OTE of 60,000 € per year;
