• Call inbound leads promptly to convert them into confirmed appointments;
• Prepare appointments to ensure sales managers have the necessary information for consultations;
• Ensure booked appointments are attended by maintaining engagement and providing an inspiring introduction;
• Manage the sales pipeline independently in HubSpot, including documentation and follow-ups.

• Experience in customer service or sales via telephone;
• Ability to be persuasive and sympathetic on the phone without being pushy;
• Comfortable speaking with many different people throughout the day;
• Strong documentation and organizational skills;
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience in roles with higher earning potential.

• Base salary of 33,000 € per year with an OTE of 60,000 € per year;
