• Achieve revenue targets and goals for the territory;
• Develop and execute territory plans with a focus on Channel Partners;
• Recruit, train, and enable channel partners;
• Work closely with Veeam Account Managers and Channel Partners on closing large enterprise deals;
• Perform account mapping with a focus on Channel Partners;
• Set and track quarterly targets;
• Conduct recurrent meetings and follow-ups with Channel Partners.

• 5-10 Years of successful sales experience with a channel-focused company;
• Proven track record of successful selling in the channel;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong team-working attitude in an extended multi-cultural team;
• Business acumen and proactivity in suggesting and implementing lead generation initiatives;
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of virtualization technology, experience with Microsoft, knowledge of IT storage & compute vendors, System Integrators, Hyperscalers in the Spanish market, experience in previous software backup channel sales.
