• Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of revenue and margin targets;
• Oversee daily store or department sales activities;
• Set sales goals and monitor key performance indicators;
• Implement promotional strategies;
• Lead and develop a sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and scheduling support;
• Maintain strong customer service standards and efficient operations;
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize product mix, stock levels, and in-store displays;
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth;
• Contribute to strategic planning;
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

• Strong sales management and retail operations skills, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and sales planning;
• Leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in coaching, team development, and conflict resolution;
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship-building;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting sales data, forecasting demand, and making data-driven decisions;
• Organizational and time management skills;
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Experience in retail or FMCG environments;
• Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, with flexibility for peak retail hours, weekends, and holidays;
• Nice to have: Prior supervisory or managerial experience, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, comfort with using POS systems, basic office software, and sales reporting tools.
