JNcQUOI Club Comporta creates a sophisticated community and destination for villa owners, club members, and high-end travellers within a secluded sanctuary. The project features timeless architecture and interiors designed by Vincent Van Duysen, focusing on a unique lifestyle experience in harmony with nature.

• Lead, manage and support the entire sales process from A to Z, ensuring an exceptional client journey at every stage;
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Finance, Legal, Development and Hospitality teams to ensure seamless execution;
• Manage and continuously improve the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, reporting excellence and disciplined follow-up;
• Conduct presentations, site visits and tailored experiences for prospective clients and key stakeholders;
• Develop and execute sales initiatives, business development opportunities and commercial strategy;
• Build, manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients, villa owners and key stakeholders;
• Represent JNcQUOI Club Comporta and Amorim Luxury Group at events, networking opportunities and gatherings.

• Proven experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, luxury brands or another relationship-driven industry;
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities;
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, investments and operations;
• Experience working with CRM platforms and advanced Excel skills;
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders;
• Natural relationship builder with outstanding networking skills;
• Engaging storyteller capable of bringing a vision, lifestyle and brand to life;
• Passion for hospitality, gastronomy, architecture, design and the world of luxury;
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, solution-oriented and commercially driven;
• Curious, open-minded and eager to learn;
• Fluent in English;
• Availability to travel regularly between Lisbon and Comporta, as well as internationally when required;
• Nice to have: Additional languages.
