• Oversee daily sales operations;
• Manage a sales team;
• Set targets and monitor performance against revenue goals;
• Develop and implement sales strategies;
• Coordinate with marketing and operations;
• Ensure product and service offerings are effectively presented to customers;
• Coach and support team members;
• Conduct client meetings;
• Negotiate contracts;
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts;
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities;
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

• Proven experience in sales management, including setting targets, leading teams, and achieving revenue goals;
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and customer service;
• Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and trends to inform strategy and decision-making;
• Competence in planning and executing sales initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and improving sales processes;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
• Comfort with common business and CRM software;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Nice to have: Experience in goods and services industries in Tashkent or the broader region.
