ASBC LLC Georgia acts as an official partner for global technology and luxury brands, representing Bang & Olufsen, a Danish manufacturer of high-end audio equipment and consumer electronics.
задачи
- Oversee daily store operations;
- Manage and train the sales team;
- Ensure an exceptional, luxury-grade customer experience;
- Identify, network, and establish partnerships with interior designers, architects, premium real estate developers, and corporate clients;
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events, product showcases, and activations;
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets including revenue, margins, and conversion rates;
- Utilize CRM tools for data analysis and forecasting.
требования
- Proven experience in B2C/B2B sales, showroom management, or business development;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: Existing network and strong connections within Tbilisi's architecture and interior design community.
