Building Solutions Group specializes in the wholesale of construction materials, equipment, and machinery.
задачи
- Identify and attract new B2B clients;
- Develop relationships with construction companies, developers, general contractors, and design organizations;
- Identify and manage current and potential projects;
- Prepare commercial offers, conduct presentations, and lead negotiations;
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
- Communicate with international suppliers and coordinate projects;
- Analyze the market, competitors, and pricing;
- Achieve sales plans and KPIs;
- Manage data in the CRM system and provide regular reporting;
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
требования
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Knowledge of construction materials or engineering products;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Customer and result-oriented approach;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
- Valid category B driver's license and driving experience;
- Nice to have: English language proficiency, experience in the construction sector.
