It serves a diverse client base, including the insurance community, by hosting events ranging from gala dinners to corporate meetings.
задачи
- Lead and manage all event enquiries end-to-end;
- Line-manage two Event Sales Assistants through daily and weekly meetings;
- Coordinate with chefs and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow;
- Coordinate quarterly menu showcases for EAs and PAs;
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholder groups.
требования
- Strong background in events and venue sales;
- Solid food and beverage knowledge;
- Proven people-management experience;
- Ability to remain calm and organized while managing a high volume of concurrent events;
- Nice to have: Hotel or hospitality experience.
условия
- Discretionary bonus of approximately 5–8% based on client performance;
- Share of tips and discretionary service charge;
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half;

- Potential to transition to a permanent role with a salary increase.
