Xerographic Solutions Ltd acts as an authorized distributor of Xerox in Cyprus.
задачи
- Lead and develop the sales team;
- Set sales targets and monitor performance across Xerox hardware, software, and IT solutions;
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Manage key accounts;
- Prepare proposals;
- Conduct product presentations and demos for corporate and commercial printing customers;
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless delivery;
- Negotiate contracts and pricing;
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports;
- Support marketing initiatives;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
требования
- Proven skills in sales management and business development, including meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth;
- Experience in account management and customer relationship management;
- Strong knowledge of printing, document technology, or IT solutions, preferably in office equipment or commercial printing environments;
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales management tools;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in English and Greek;
- Organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines;
- Previous experience in a similar Sales Manager or senior sales role, ideally within technology, printing, or IT services;
- Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree, relevant professional certifications.
