ODE develops, produces, and distributes natural aperitifs made from wine and botanicals. The company focuses on creating complex, natural beverages with moderate or no alcohol content.

• Expand sales activities from new customer acquisition to the development of strategic key accounts;
• Develop and implement sales and trade strategies;
• Manage the establishment, development, and support of wholesale, specialist retail, food retail, and key accounts;
• Conduct price, terms, and annual negotiations;
• Plan and implement POS, sales, and trade marketing measures;
• Steer sales activities based on KPIs;
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and management.

• Several years of B2B sales experience in beverages, wine, spirits, or FMCG;
• Experience in building customer relationships and sales channels;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, personal responsibility, and operational strength;
• Willingness to travel;
• Fluent German and good English;
• Language: German (fluent), English (good).
