Marketing & Sales Manager in adventure travel

Ride Gudauri provides skiing, snowboarding, travel, outdoor sports and adventure lifestyle experiences in Gudauri.

• Develop and execute Ride Gudauri’s marketing and communication strategy;
• Define brand positioning, target audiences, key messages, Message Box and Tone of Voice;
• Build and execute the seasonal marketing and campaign plan;
• Manage and brief the content creator, digital advertiser, designer, SEO specialist and other partners;
• Coordinate social media, website, SEO, advertising and promotional activities;
• Ensure consistent brand communication across every customer-facing channel;
• Work with the reservations team to improve inquiries, conversion and bookings;
• Create campaigns, packages and offers that support sales;
• Coordinate communication with instructors, guides, hotels, tour operators and other partners;
• Develop partner guides, presentations and communication materials;
• Track marketing performance and continuously improve results;
• Develop repeat customer, referral, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

• Experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing or a similar role;
• Understanding of how brand, content, digital marketing and sales work together;
• Strong communication and project-management skills;
• Ability to coordinate multiple specialists and keep everyone aligned;
• Creative, commercially minded and results-oriented approach;
• Ownership and comfort working independently;
• Fluent Georgian and English;
• Understanding and enjoyment of skiing, snowboarding, travel, outdoor sports and the adventure lifestyle;
• Nice to have: experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, sports or lifestyle brands.

• Hybrid work in Tbilisi / Gudauri;
• Seasonal work from October to April.
