As a Senior Manager, Commercial Sales, you will lead and inspire a team of Commercial Sales Representatives covering diverse markets and segments across Southern EMEA, driving results through hands-on coaching, strategic pipeline management, and a relentless focus on exceeding targets. You will combine deep commercial expertise with a passion for developing people, building the programs, partnerships, and team culture needed to sustain high performance in a fast-moving, competitive cybersecurity market. • Lead, expand, and coach a team of Commercial Sales Representatives covering multiple Southern EMEA markets and segments — providing the resources, training, and day-to-day guidance needed to consistently achieve and exceed targets, including active call shadowing and ad hoc feedback sessions.
• Execute and supervise end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, lead follow-up, opportunity qualification, proof of concept management, commercial negotiation, and deal closure, while proactively managing the team’s funnel to ensure both quantity and quality of opportunities are on track for quota attainment.
• Conduct and execute quarterly business plans, create and develop new programs and campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Sales, and design incentive plans and SPIFFs that foster a competitive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment — operating with confidence and limited guidance.
• Set accurate business expectations and maintain clear communication with senior sales management, measuring and reporting against KPIs and creating ad hoc reports as needed, while maintaining a thorough working knowledge of SentinelOne’s full product capabilities.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top commercial sales talent, and invest deeply in the growth and long-term success of each team member through mentoring, career development, and a genuine commitment to both individual and collective goal attainment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven sales management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of exceeding goals as both an individual contributor and a team leader — cybersecurity or endpoint security experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in an indirect, two-tier go-to-market model that includes channel partners and distributors, with a solid understanding of how to maximize reach and performance through partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead highly skilled, motivated, and results-oriented commercial sales teams, with a passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent and experience delivering both positive and constructive feedback that drives real growth.
• Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation — combined with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the organizational ability to create and track individual and team metrics with precision.
• A creative, “roll-up-the-sleeves” self-starter attitude with the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment, and the ability to inspire a collaborative team culture focused on collective lead generation and quota attainment.
