задачи
- Maintain and grow an existing SME book of business through up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals;
- Build and nurture long-term multi-stakeholder relationships;
- Maximize feature and product alignment to deliver value to clients;
- Monitor, forecast, and report on the sales pipeline within the CRM;
- Present, negotiate, and structure complex pricing models for accounts;
- Follow account management processes and provide feedback to management;
- Act as a voice of the customer and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience;
- Achieve and exceed company targets.
требования
- Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, ideally in FinTech or financial services;
- Fluent English and German (written and verbal);
- Analytical mindset;
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Aircall;
- High level of organization, prioritization, and accountability;
- Nice to have: Knowledge of KYB, AML, and risk mitigation, understanding of the DACH market, proficiency in AI tools, additional languages.
условия
- Total target compensation of €45,000 – €70,000 gross per year (base salary + performance-related bonus);
