• You are responsible for proactively acquiring new B2B customers in the real estate sector.
• You develop a deep understanding of the individual needs of potential customers and identify suitable solutions from our extensive product portfolio.
• With your strong sales skills and persuasive arguments, you win new customers over the phone and build long-term business relationships.
• You use targeted cross-selling and upselling measures to maximize value for customers and actively contribute to achieving our ambitious revenue targets and KPIs.
• Your focus is on consistently achieving and exceeding relevant sales targets and metrics.

• You have successfully completed vocational training or have relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or the real estate industry.
• You have several years of experience in B2B sales and have a strong hunter mindset combined with a strong focus on closing deals.
• You work proactively, in a structured manner, and with a goal-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• You take responsibility for your sales targets, act entrepreneurially, and drive sustainable business success with a high degree of initiative.
• You are confident using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
• You enjoy working in a team, sharing successes, and motivating others to give their best with great commitment.
• You speak fluent German and have good spoken and written English skills.
