IB Partnership Manager на рынке РФ

FxPro is an international fintech company with offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, Dubai, and Yerevan. It has over 600 employees representing 50 nationalities.

• Identify, attract, and onboard new IB partners in the Russian Federation
• Develop existing partnerships to increase client acquisition, trading activity, and retention
• Leverage an established network of Russian IBs, affiliates, and clients to generate new business
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
• Negotiate partnership terms within approved commercial guidelines
• Guide partners on onboarding, commission structures, trading conditions, and marketing support
• Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and agree on action plans
• Coordinate with Marketing, Support, Back Office, and Compliance on partner requests and business opportunities
• Monitor the Russian forex/CFD market, competitor offerings, acquisition channels, and partner expectations
• Maintain accurate partner records, sales pipelines, and performance reports in the CRM
• Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings when required

• 3+ Years of experience in IB partnerships or business development within the forex/CFD industry
• Proven track record of acquiring and developing active, revenue-generating IB partners
• Fluent Russian and strong written and spoken English
• Established network of Russian IBs, affiliates, and potential partners
• Strong understanding of the Russian forex/CFD market, acquisition channels, and partner expectations
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage the full partnership lifecycle independently
• Results-driven approach and confidence working towards measurable commercial targets
• Availability to work on-site in Cyprus and willingness to relocate if currently based abroad
