Head of pre-sale ML/DS

• Experience participating in presales processes, discovery sessions, and preparing commercial proposals (Proposals, SoW, Roadmap, High-Level Solution Design)
• Ability to analyze client business challenges and translate them into technical AI/ML solutions
• Experience estimating effort, costs, and delivery timelines for AI projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders (CTO, Product Owners, C-level)
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and team coordination
• Strong proficiency in Python
• 3+ years of commercial experience developing AI/ML solutions across Data Science, NLP, Computer Vision, and/or Generative AI
• Hands-on experience building solutions powered by LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, Function Calling, and modern AI approaches
• Deep understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern AI infrastructure practices
• Understanding of Big Data tools and ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, or similar)
• Understanding of MLOps processes: automated training, model deployment and monitoring, data and model versioning (MLflow, DVC), and pipeline orchestration (Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
• Fundamental DevOps skills: Docker, Linux, Git, CI/CD
• Ability to quickly master new domain areas and architect optimal technical solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Будет плюсом: Proficiency in German language; Experience working in IT outsourcing or technology consulting companies; Experience creating architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and presenting solutions to clients; Experience participating in RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender processes; Industry certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, etc.); Hands-on experience with modern AI development tooling (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, LangSmith, LangFuse, Vercel AI SDK, etc.); Strong grasp of emerging trends in Generative AI and experience applying SOTA models in production/commercial settings; Experience in public speaking, hosting technical workshops or meetups, or authoring technical articles
