The company is an international PSP working with high-risk verticals.

• Grow and lead a network of local payment agents
• Serve as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking teams
• Recruit new agents and expand into new GEOs
• Run onboarding and training for new teams
• Maintain quality and stability, and resolve complex issues
• Analyze agent performance and help teams improve results
• Turn agent feedback into improvements in collaboration with Support, Operations, and Tech
• Shape agent onboarding, training, and support processes

• Have an existing network of local payment agents or traders
• Have hands-on experience in payment agents, P2P, payment services, high-risk, or iGaming
• Speak fluent Arabic and working-level English
• Understand local payment processing, deposits, and payouts
• Have a track record of attracting partners and building long-term relationships
• Have strong negotiation skills and the confidence to make independent decisions
• Be able to run several teams simultaneously and resolve operational issues quickly
• Будет плюсом: experience managing a team or network of payment agents, launching new GEOs, knowledge of P2P and crypto settlements, experience with high-risk processing, familiarity with admin panels, CRMs, and internal bots, understanding of key payment metrics such as volume, conversion, and success rate
