TradingView is a financial analysis platform with more than 100 million users across 180+ countries. It provides tools for traders and investors, including charting, market data, collaboration, and publishing features. Its B2B products support partnerships with brokers, exchanges, and fintech platforms.

• Build and manage an outbound pipeline of financial institutions, brokers, fintech platforms, and media companies
• Manage inbound partnership requests from first contact through signed agreement
• Diagnose institutions’ commercial goals and build proposals and pitches around them
• Position TradingView products according to each partner’s needs
• Guide partners through technical integration until it generates volume, reviewing technical team responses to keep communication client-friendly
• Collect market signals from partners and share them with product and business teams
• Apply a rigorous test-and-learn approach: measure results, make adjustments, and quickly drop what does not work
• Grow TradingView’s standing with institutions in the market and contribute to its global reputation

• Native or professional fluency in Polish and strong professional English, written and spoken
• 3–5 Years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships with brokers and financial institutions, including identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving partnerships through negotiation and long-term growth
• Working knowledge of financial markets and brokerage ecosystems, including trading platforms and how financial institutions operate
• Familiarity with TradingView and understanding of its product from a user’s perspective
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
• Ownership of commitments and consistent delivery against deadlines
• Hands-on experience with a CRM
