Digital business development manager in e-commerce

• You develop our online shop and work to sustainably increase traffic, conversion and online sales.
• You analyze our customers’ behavior and identify opportunities along the customer journey.
• You plan and implement measures to optimize our shop and digital marketing.
• You keep an eye on key metrics, develop reporting further and derive concrete measures from it.
• You work closely with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and external service providers and ensure that the product range, marketing and shop work together optimally.

• You have professional experience in e-commerce, online marketing or a comparable field.
• You have a good understanding of online shops, customer behavior and digital marketing.
• You enjoy working with numbers and data and can use them to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Ideally, you have already worked with an e-commerce platform, web analytics or tracking tools.
• You work independently and in a structured way, enjoy trying things out and developing them further, and like contributing your ideas.
