• Help new customers get started and plan how to collect feedback
• Hold regular partnership meetings and help customers put results to use
• Answer customers’ day-to-day questions about using Buenno
• Identify opportunities for customers to get more value and offer new solutions
• Act as the link between customers and product development
• Develop customer relationship management together with the CS Lead
• Manage customer accounts independently and grow them strategically
• Build a portfolio of satisfied, growing customers and contribute to recurring revenue growth
• Participate in developing the company’s Customer Success processes
• Take responsibility for an area of the CS team’s work based on strengths

• Experience in B2B customer work, such as customer success, account management, or consulting
• Genuine curiosity about how customers’ businesses work
• Ability to connect customer challenges to business goals and communicate with decision-makers
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into conclusions for customers
• Initiative and interest in developing new things
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and communicate with customers’ IT teams
• Fluent Finnish
• Good English

• Base salary 3800-4200€/month depending on your experience
• Uncapped commission; typical on-target earnings 4400-4800 €/month
• Commission is 10% of MRR from new upsells
• Opportunity to become a shareholder through the option program after the six-month probation period
• Hybrid offices in Tampere and Helsinki
