• Engage new and existing Service Provider prospects through outbound activities, campaigns, events, and distributor programs
• Qualify prospects and progress sales-ready opportunities to Cloud Services Advisors
• Support activation and prioritization initiatives across the funnel
• Independently close low-tier, lower-complexity opportunities, including first transactions, entry-level PAYG, and small commitments
• Collaborate with senior sales, marketing, and partners
• Maintain accurate CRM data and clear qualification notes
• Partner with Cloud Services Advisors on larger or more complex deals, long-term account management and expansion, custom pricing, and enterprise negotiations
• Build early-stage opportunities and help customers take their first steps toward becoming active, growing partners
• Take direct ownership of opportunities within the role’s scope, while partnering and handing over larger, more complex deals to senior sales
• Create strong foundations for longer-term customer relationships and hand over custom pricing and enterprise negotiations to the relevant senior sales teams

• At least 1 year of experience as a BDR, SDR, or inside sales representative
• Comfortable with outbound, discovery, and qualification
• Confident running simple deal cycles end-to-end
• Organized, proactive, and eager to grow
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Collaborative team player, self-motivated and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision
• Participate in interviews without AI tools, automated prompts, or third-party assistance; use during live interviews may result in disqualification. For roles evaluating AI skills, permitted use will be communicated in advance. Candidates may be asked to disable virtual backgrounds or participate in in-person interviews
