• Own launch planning and coordination, from initial intake and approval through post-launch review
• Lead launch alignment meetings, track commitments, document decisions, and escalate unresolved dependencies or risks
• Establish readiness criteria, track completion, coordinate feature availability and documentation, and assess the impact of scope or timing changes
• Coordinate product messaging, web content, release notes, documentation, sales materials, training, FAQs, and localized assets
• Maintain schedules for internal announcements, partner and customer communications, in-product notifications, and other launch channels
• Organize sales and marketing enablement, training, and analyst briefings with supporting materials
• Coordinate Ambassador and Partner Advisory Council participation in discovery sessions, early access programs, and post-launch reviews; consolidate and route feedback
• Adapt launch activities to regional market and language needs, align schedules, and establish execution and follow-up responsibilities
• Coordinate product and feature discontinuations, including notifications, migration guidance, documentation updates, and customer or partner communications
• Coordinate approved price list changes through publication and manage related internal and external communications
• Agree on launch KPIs and reporting ownership, consolidate results, lead post-launch reviews, and improve launch templates, readiness checklists, workflows, and tracking tools

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, product marketing, marketing program management, or a related role
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams, concurrent deadlines, and interdependent deliverables
• Experience coordinating marketing communications, launch assets, and sales or partner enablement
• Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently
• Ability to identify risks, assess the impact of changes, and escalate issues with clear recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority and holding teams accountable for agreed commitments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools, and ability to use CRM data and reporting dashboards to assess results
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
