Business development & sales specialist

Art n’ Joy organizes creative corporate team-building events and art workshops, including canvas painting, candle making, mosaic art, vinyl and glass painting, and more. We’re looking for a driven sales specialist to grow our corporate client base.

• Find and reach out to new corporate clients (HR, Marketing, Office Managers).
• Write high-quality, personalized outreach that people actually want to reply to. No mass messaging.
• Present our services, hold meetings, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat bookings.

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or corporate client relations.
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Armenian, English, and Russian (required).
• Self-driven and organized enough to work remotely.

• Part-time, 4 hours daily, remote, with monthly offline meetings in Yerevan.
• Fully commission-based. Details will be discussed at the interview.
