Business development manager in recruiting

As a Junior Business Development Manager – People (m/f/d), you will work across teams to further develop our talent strategies, improve processes and support our growth in Europe.

• You support the development and implementation of recruiting measures for various European markets and business areas.
• You work with business unit leaders and recruiting teams, track the progress of open positions and support the achievement of staffing targets.
• You contribute to international, high-volume recruiting initiatives and help identify and use suitable talent sources, including in international markets and through agencies.
• You collect and prepare recruiting data and support the team in using it to develop ideas for improving processes.
• You support the optimization of visa and work permit processes.
• You help assess and implement new digital tools, automation and AI for more efficient recruiting processes.

• Initial experience in business development, project management, recruiting or a comparable field
• Initial experience supporting projects and working with different teams and contacts.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with different stakeholders.
• An interest in metrics and using data to improve processes.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, work pragmatically and are open to learning new things.
• Fluent German and English
