• Hunt for new partners across the portfolio;
• Map the market and pitch to senior decision-makers;
• Negotiate terms and close commercial deals from the first conversation to the final signature;
• Adapt outreach and shape tailored propositions for prospects;
• Build bespoke, high-value white-label, embedded, co-brand and affiliate partnerships;
• Own the commercial pipeline end to end and drive business growth;
• Run an independent pipeline while collaborating with the BD Lead and Partnerships Success teams.

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development or B2B sales;
• Track record of independently managing and closing commercial agreements;
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build a credible business case;
• Excellent pitching, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage senior-level relationships;
• Self-motivated and highly organised;
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain momentum;
• Nice to have: financial services experience, insurance background, FCA compliance experience.
