• Bring new wallets, neobanks, exchanges, and fintech clients to FireFly;
• Lead deals from first contact through negotiations, KYB, integration, and the first live transaction;
• Build a pipeline through a personal network, research, and prospects generated by outreach campaigns;
• Work with the CEO and product team to refine the pitch and explore new markets using client feedback.

• 1–3 Years of B2B sales experience specifically in payments;
• Fluent English for independent negotiations with international clients;
• Understanding of payouts, payment APIs, acquiring, remittances, or crypto on/off-ramps;
• Ability to explain complex payment flows in terms of business value;
• Proactive and persistent approach to finding and closing deals;
• Nice to have: an existing network among wallets, CEXs, neobanks, or PSPs.
