• Build and nurture partnerships with local healthcare providers, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, and medical facilitators across Kazakhstan;
• Identify patients seeking specialized overseas medical treatment, advise them on treatment options in India, and coordinate medical referrals;
• Represent GD Healthcare at local medical expos, healthcare events, and corporate meets across major hubs in Kazakhstan;
• Develop B2B relationships with local insurance companies, corporate health planners, and travel agencies to expand patient referral pipelines;
• Provide end-to-end support and guidance to patients and families from initial inquiry through travel preparation and follow-ups;
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and patient demand dynamics to refine business development strategies.

• 3+ Years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management within the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Tourism sectors;
• Native or fluent Russian and/or Kazakh;
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and consultation skills;
• High initiative, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate independently on-site;
• Nice to have: Working knowledge of English, a pre-existing network of doctors, clinical contacts, or healthcare agents in Kazakhstan.
