Business development manager in IT

As part of our growing HPE business, you will work with one of the leading technology vendors and play a key role in driving growth, developing partner relationships, and expanding market opportunities across Poland. As a Business Development Manager - HPE, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the HPE business in Poland. Working closely with partners, customers, HPE, and internal sales teams, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and develop business plans that support long-term growth.

• Develop and execute business growth plans for the HPE portfolio in Poland.
• Build and strengthen relationships with partners, customers, HPE, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
• Drive partner engagement through business planning, account development, and enablement activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase demand and market awareness.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue, and business performance to achieve growth targets.

• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or channel management within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions, partner ecosystems, and sales processes.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Fluent Polish and English.
