• Develop and execute the market expansion strategy across target regions in North and Central Africa for sports betting, casino, and prediction markets
• Source, negotiate, and onboard regional Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Mobile Money operators, local fiat processors, and crypto P2P channels
• Build and scale a partner network by acquiring top-tier local affiliates, media-buying teams, regional ad networks, and key influencers
• Structure and close high-value commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, PSP fee structures) and manage contract negotiations from lead to execution
• Monitor regional regulatory shifts, licensing nuances under Curacao compliance, and competitor moves to capture untapped traffic segments
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to optimize localization, payment success rates, and registration-to-deposit conversion funnels
• Track and optimize key commercial metrics, including FTDs, NGR, player retention, LTV, and transaction processing volumes

• 3+ Years of Business Development, Affiliate, or Strategic Partnerships experience in the iGaming industry
• Deep expertise in African markets, especially North and Central Africa, and user behavior
• An active, established network of regional PSPs, Mobile Money aggregators, P2P fiat/crypto merchants, and high-volume traffic sources
• A product-oriented mindset and ability to use data, conversion metrics, and unit economics to drive commercial decisions
• Fluent English at a professional negotiation level
• Proficient in Russian for internal team communication
• High autonomy, strong deal-closing capabilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
