• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, emerging trends, and business opportunities
• Identify and engage decision-makers and stakeholders at target organizations
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences
• Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
• Create targeted outreach campaigns and initiatives
• Advise clients on localization needs, address challenges, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Communicate regularly with clients to monitor satisfaction, anticipate needs, and improve offerings
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to support company objectives and profitability
• Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and KPIs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, close deals independently, and become a trusted contact for existing key accounts
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach and sales approaches

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
• Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Fluent English
