Libertex Group is a fintech company that develops online trading technology through the Libertex platform, enabling users to invest in stocks and trade CFDs on commodities, Forex, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and other assets.

• Source IB and affiliate partners across the CIS and international English-speaking markets through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, conferences, financial bloggers, local consultants, and training centers;
• Negotiate partnership terms through to signed agreements;
• Support partners until their clients start trading;
• Grow existing partners by increasing their trading volume;
• Maintain CRM and reporting to support decision-making;
• Provide market feedback on competitor terms and partnership deals;
• Help establish standards, processes, and a playbook for the new partnerships function.

• Experience working with IB partners or in a broker's partnerships function;
• Experience building a client base as an introducing broker or running an agent network;
• Experience developing a partnership program in financial markets;
• Fluent English and Russian;
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels;
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a positive attitude;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel;
• Knowledge of affiliate networks;
• Exceptional planning and project management skills;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
