• Position and represent genua in international markets, particularly with NATO and EU institutions and relevant partners;
• Build and maintain strong networks through active stakeholder management and close coordination with internal and external interfaces;
• Analyze markets, customer needs, and competitors to identify new business opportunities in the NATO and EU context;
• Identify and prioritize requirements and transfer them systematically into the further development of products and solutions;
• Support the expansion of new business areas and business models in the international public-sector environment;
• Contribute to the strategic planning of international business development, including the evaluation of market potential in Europe;
• Collaborate closely with sales and other specialist departments to implement international activities successfully.

• Successfully completed university degree;
• First to several years of experience in international sales or business development, ideally in the ICT industry;
• Solid knowledge of IT security or cybersecurity;
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of markets and trends;
• High self-motivation, execution strength, and interest in new subject areas;
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and flexibility when dealing with different stakeholders;
• Business-fluent German at C1 level;
• Very good English skills;
• Willingness to travel internationally and spend temporary periods abroad;
• Nice to have: Additional languages such as French, experience with the Bundeswehr, NATO, or comparable organizations.
