Business development manager in banking

• Be the central contact for the agency’s service portfolio for your client group (savings banks as well as companies, state banks and associations in the S-Finanzgruppe).
• Be responsible for the strategic consulting and development of your clients.
• Identify market trends and work with Innovation Management to prepare concepts for presentation to decision-makers.
• Independently prepare and conduct client meetings, involving specialist colleagues from S-Com.
• Create project briefs and structured decision documents.
• Act as an interface between your clients and internal stakeholders (executive management, department management, project management, etc.).
• Ensure efficient communication by gathering, preparing and distributing project information to the appropriate audiences.
• Continue your professional development through discussions with our subject-matter experts on the latest developments in customer communication, marketing, sales, and digital services and platforms.

• Always be reliable and enjoy thinking one step ahead.
• Be well prepared for this position with a successfully completed degree in business, digital or communications, such as business administration or economics.
• Be a valued subject-matter contact for digitalization topics through your experience in an agency environment and/or digital business.
• Be a networker and have initial experience in consulting and/or account and stakeholder management for large client accounts.
• Be communicative and have strong integrative skills.
• Be confident in professionally preparing and presenting work results.
