• Identify and create partnerships with potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers;
• Support the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake;
• Develop and sustain relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers;
• Analyze customer feedback data to assess satisfaction with company products and services;
• Support programme management team members in maximizing enrolment;
• Attend business meetings and provide regular training to new recruiting partners;
• Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning;
• Analyze financial data and develop strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits;
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with company executives to determine viable and cost-effective approaches to pursuing new business opportunities;
• Meet with potential partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field;
• Proven experience working as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role;
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to travel as needed;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
