Business Development Manager

Emerging Travel Group is a travel-tech company operating brands such as RateHawk, ZenHotels, and Roundtrip across more than 220 global markets. The organization focuses on creating, distributing, and managing travel products by innovating within the travel industry to improve accessibility and efficiency for both individuals and professionals.

• Execute high-volume cold outreach through calls and emails to generate a sales pipeline;
• Turn industry events into discovery meetings;
• Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery to closing;
• Manage commercial negotiations, contract reviews, and signing;
• Create custom solutions for clients in the absence of standard options;
• Manage, retain, and grow the signed portfolio of accounts;
• Gather market feedback and client insights to assist the product team;
• Maintain data-driven tracking of the pipeline and activities in the CRM.

• Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in B2B sales management or business development;
• Proven track record of building pipelines from scratch, negotiating contracts, and closing deals;
• Ability to take full ownership of results without needing a pre-written playbook;
• Analytical approach to tracking metrics and conversion rates using CRM data;
• Strong communication skills for pitching, simplifying complex ideas, and conducting commercial negotiations;
• Ability to learn new products and information rapidly;
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to managing daily tasks and paperwork;
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous startup environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in the travel industry.
