Business Development Manager

The company is an international innovative IT product company and iGaming platform provider, part of a global investment holding. It develops and delivers full-cycle Casino and Sportsbook solutions, including fiat and crypto options, while providing operational, marketing, and licensing support for the iGaming industry.

• Create and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and expand market share;
• Deliver the complete B2B sales process from prospecting to deal closure;
• Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain accounts after closing;
• Expand presence in priority regions;
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reporting;
• Conduct commercial negotiations with C-level executives and decision-makers;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client needs;
• Represent the company at major industry events;
• Represent the brand in online and offline business activities.

• 3+ Years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, specifically with platform, sportsbook, or turnkey solutions;
• Proven sales experience in one or several markets including EU, LATAM, Africa, or Asia;
• Experience in designing and implementing a successful sales strategy;
• Ability to analyze markets and competitors, identify trends, and opportunities for growth;
• Track record of successfully managing the sales cycle from planning to closure;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment;
• Strong negotiation skills and resilience, combined with an ownership mindset;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Existing network of operators or decision-makers.
