This role utilizes automated decision-making systems to assess candidate suitability.

Hopper is a global travel platform and fintech provider that powers a mobile app, website, and B2B division known as Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS). By utilizing data and machine learning, the company integrates proprietary fintech products into travel booking processes to offer transparency, flexibility, and savings. The platform serves millions of travelers and partners with major brands to provide end-to-end travel portals and commerce solutions.

задачи

  • Own and manage a portfolio of European airline partnerships with a P&L mindset;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial, distribution, and operational topics;
  • Build strong, senior-level relationships across airline sales, distribution, and revenue management teams;
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow top-line revenue and improve unit economics;
  • Analyze performance across channels, fare mix, and ancillary attachment rates;
  • Lead negotiations for new agreements, renewals, and extensions;
  • Drive improved commercial terms including base commissions, sector rebates, and marketing development funds;
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimize underperforming partnerships;
  • Develop expertise in airline distribution and European airline competitive dynamics;
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth/Marketing, and Finance to align on feature development, campaigns, and deal modeling;
  • Track KPIs including revenue, margin, and incentive attainment;
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with airline partners.

требования

  • 6+ Years of experience in airline distribution, OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline partnerships in European markets;
  • Proven track record managing strategic accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving measurable revenue growth;
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution, fare structures, ancillaries, and airline economics;
  • Commercial mindset with experience working with incentives, rebates, and performance-based deals;
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with airline executives and internal stakeholders;
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment;
  • Nice to have: MENA experience, bilingual or advanced proficiency in German, Spanish, or French.
