Business Development Manager

• Sell branding, web design, and digital marketing services;
• Provide technical guidance on best web and digital marketing practices;
• Pitch, present, and close deals on digital agency services;
• Create scope estimates for custom web design, marketing, and branding services;
• Provide specific recommendations to clients to improve results and hit goals;
• Work with various team members to ensure projects meet standards, deliverables, and timeframes;
• Create goals and KPIs, and provide reports.

• Excellent English communication and speaking skills;
• At least 5 years of professional sales or account management experience;
• Proven sales expertise in selling branding, web design, and marketing campaigns;
• Experience in generating leads and pitching digital agency service offerings;
• Ability to work 8 am – 5 pm ET with breaks;
• Nice to have: Ability to generate new leads.
