- Create a business development plan to assess, qualify, develop, and shape key opportunities in client accounts and sectors;
- Work closely with partners and alliances to grow the book of business;
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers;
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential client accounts;
- Manage key client relationships and collaborate with Client Account Leads to drive business growth;
- Engage with clients to clarify needs and translate them into potential solution opportunities;
- Lead or support cross-functional internal teams to configure bespoke solutions;
- Negotiate client agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Develop a personal network of senior executives and represent the organization at major business sector events;
- Leverage market intelligence to optimize business positioning and enhance reputation;
- Craft and deliver value-oriented proposals articulating business benefits of Microsoft-based solutions;
- Provide thought leadership and sales collaboration with channel partners.
требования
- 6+ Years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship building in a solution-selling environment;
- Proven track record of selling large-scale consulting engagements (deals over $1M, total quota over $5M);
- Experience selling digital transformation services like Microsoft Dynamics or Azure Cloud implementation;
- Expertise in navigating and anticipating industry trends within the public sector;
- Proficient in sales methodologies and strategies;
- Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills;
- Resilience in managing multiple client stakeholders and complex decision chains;
- Nice to have: Education in a relevant field, experience in a direct selling role.
