Business Development Manager

Odoo provides a comprehensive suite of business management software designed to drive digitalization across various industries and company sizes.

• Shape the lead generation strategy and select target industries on a monthly basis;
• Drive outreach activities to generate new leads and create demand in the DACH market;
• Research and identify potential customers through various channels;
• Utilize sales tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads;
• Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling and email communication;
• Analyze and qualify business requirements and processes of potential clients;
• Prepare and conduct tailored product demonstrations;
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade fairs;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify further growth opportunities.

• Strong business acumen and high level of curiosity;
• Resilience, a "get-it-done" mentality, and analytical problem-solving skills;
• Interest in learning about software and the SaaS industry;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to build trust and enthusiasm;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent qualification;
• Fluent in German and English (C1-C2);
• Nice to have: Previous work experience as an SDR or in a comparable sales position.
