- Support sales activities and business development;
- Actively search for and acquire new clients;
- Establish and build relationships with business clients;
- Schedule sales meetings and participate in sales processes;
- Collaborate on the preparation of commercial offers and client presentations;
- Cooperate with the operational and sales team on contract execution;
- Gradually take responsibility for independently managing sales processes.
требования
- Experience in sales;
- Ability to easily establish contacts and build business relationships;
- Ambition, commitment to duties, and goal-oriented mindset;
- Independence and good self-organization;
- Interest in the real estate market and business services;
- Valid category B driving license;
- Nice to have: Experience in the FM industry (technical facility management, cleaning, security).
