- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new pharmaceutical, OTC, and pharmacy partners, including active outreach, pitching, and closing;
- Consult clients on marketplace and retail media solutions and create tailored offers along the entire sales funnel;
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical sector, pharmacy chains, and individual pharmacies;
- Continuously develop existing accounts;
- Analyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities and strategically evolve the service offering.
требования
- Several years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management within the pharma or healthcare sector;
- Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies;
- Hunter mentality, confident demeanor, and strong communication skills;
- Analytical skills for evaluating market opportunities and business risks;
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
- Nice to have: Existing contacts in the industry, experience in retail media or digital platforms.
